What this means in real terms is that you are free to use the individual samples in your own compositions BUT if you decide to use any finished song or any part of a complete song YOU MUST mail us for prior written permission, likewise if you are a recording company etc. and you wish to include any material on a commercial compilation recording again YOU MUST gain prior written agreement from us by initially e-mailing us through the mail us button that can be found at  the bottom of every page on this and affiliated sites.

To contribute samples to this site you must at present send the sample/s to us via an e mail attachment to the address at the foot of the page, all the latest browsers will enable this feature, but as a guideline do try and keep the samples below 500k in size as any larger files take quite a while to unload once up on the site, remember that all samples in The Dump are there to be used so pick your selection and make some noise !- If your band would like to be featured on this site just e mail us at the address below, you can either send your data as an e mail attachment or by snail mail (address available via e mail in the first instance) - however all hardware submissions MUST be on digital format such as mini disc etc, analogue tape submissions are only suitable for appraisal, and any songs to be featured on your web page will have to be digitally treated prior to acceptance.
